North Middlesex Youth Lacrosse (NMYLA) is committed to ensuring that no player is left behind. We believe every child should have the opportunity to participate, learn, and grow through lacrosse, regardless of financial circumstances.

To support this commitment, NMYLA offers a hardship policy, with the generous support of Smurfit Westrock, to assist families in need and help ensure access to our program for all players.

All hardship applications will remain anonymous and be reviewed by the NMYLA Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified once final decisions have been made.

General Considerations: 

• All approved Hardship Scholarships expires each season
• Player(s) must comply with the Code of Conduct

Process:

1. Complete the Hardship Scholarship Application 
2. Email the completed form to president@nmlax.com
3. Upon receiving the application, the President will review with the NMYLA Board of Directors for an approval vote.
4. The Board will communicate the decision and any related information to the Applicant.
